Orting Performing Arts Booster Club

Meeting Minutes for February 7, 2011.
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Roll call: Sign in sheet passed.
Minutes for the meeting on January 10, 2011 were approved.                        .
Officer’s Report:
    Treasurer: Nothing to report. Approximately $160 raised since last meeting.

Committee Report: No Committees.
Old Business:
* Mascot T-shirts ordered.  Payment processed on 1/27/2011.  Takes 4 weeks to process.


Upcoming Fund raisers: 
* Pasta feed.  Eagles Hall? Volunteers need. 5 - 8pm
    * Frozen goods. Feb. 17 - March 4. Todd Cook and Trina Hamlet volunteered to help.

New Business:
    * Route 66. Andrew Lundeen talked to them.  Aaron Ruff asked to follow-up.
        * Community Day. February 26, 2011. Jazz band will perform. Table to sell should be available.

Other discussions:
    * Drum-line t-shirts.  Booster writes check but will not use funds. Moved/Seconded/Passed.
    * Possible Jazz festival opportunity.  More information requested from Aaron Ruff.
    * Volunteers for many things. 
        * Uniform Issue: Tanya Noel/ Beckie Meek (OHS)
        * Daffodil Parade: OHS - Todd & Leanne Cook, Michael & Andrea Melot, Kevin Hamlet
        * Fund raiser distribution: Todd Cook/Trina Hamlet
        * Pasta Feed Volunteers: Tanya Noel/Sandie Goeke - fliers/advertising 

Announcements:  
    * 6th Grade Concert. March 15 or 16. Date not set.   
    * Band Retreat. April 1 - 3.  Possible need for Chaperones.
       
Next meeting: March 7, 2011 @ OHS Band room. 7pm.
