I. Call to Order  7:04 pm

II.   Introduction of Board.    
III. Attendance:  Please sign in on attendance sheet; provide all requested information if we do not yet have it. (we will not share your info and we send e-mails via Blind Courtesy Copy – BCC so as to keep info private) - attached

IV. Reading and approval of minutes from Dec. meeting (copy passed around).  Motion to approve:  Melanie; Bret 2nd. Passed.

V. Treasurer’s Report (Bret) -  Positive Cash Position.  Craft fair raised $800 more than expected.

VI. Unfinished/Open Business

A. Thank a Teacher!  Go online to Thankamillionteachers.com  and vote for Aaron Ruff and Geoff Smith…winning recipients receive a $2500 grant…selections made several times per year...VOTE REPEATEDLY (if possible)
B. Discussed Craft Fair.  Possible date for next year, Dec. 5.

VII. New Business

A. Pasta Feed...  March 21st...Brenda email to confirm date.  Committee needed.

B. 5K Run .....  Megan still in planning mode.  Possibly at Camp Arnold.

B. Aaron:   Basketball season underway.  Daffodil Parade. Chaperones needed.
