III. Reading and approval of minutes from July meeting (passed around).
IV. Treasurer’s Report (Bret) - was passed around. Bret was not in attendance.

A. Band Director’s Report
1. HS Band, Aaron Ruff discussed band retreat
2. MS Band, Mr. Smith announced rental night on Wednesday
B. Thank a Teacher! Go online to Thankamillionteachers.com and vote for Aaron Ruff… winning recipients receive a $2500 grant…selections made several times per year...VOTE REPEATEDLY (if possible)
C. 501c3... information given to Treasurer about Form 990 prior to meeting.
D. Merchandise. Motion made by Melanie E. for prices to be set at $30 for sweatshirts. $35 for 1/4 zip. 2nd - by Mindy B. Motion passed.
VI. New Business
A. Tacoma Dome: Please make sure your food handler’s card / alcohol server’s card is up to date. Upcoming shows: September 13: Katy Perry; Friday, September 19; Blake Shelton; Thursday, November 20; Fleetwood Mac. Sign- up sheets passed.
B. The first Home football game is Sept 12, same night as Blake Shelton, Mindy will set at the table. We have the cash box for you and the card device.
C. Budget Meeting was held. Audit findings were passed around.
D. Email to be sent to members with link for permits and licenses for T-Dome.
E. Pep band meals. Brenda L. and Megan R. to oversee.
VII. Next meeting: Monday, October 6 @ 7pm @ OHS
