Meeting Minutes for August 29, 2011.

Meeting was called to order at 7:06 pm.

Roll call: Sign in sheet passed.

Minutes for the meeting on August 1, 2011 were approved.

Officer’s Report:

Treasurer: Kenny Chesney $784.32/ Motley Crew $187 in tips/ Canopy and Table $120, reimburse Todd. Sweatshirts cost $2236.28. $2746.33 in Booster account.

Committee Report:

*Fund-raising: Trina is in charge of Silent Auction.

*Advertising: Contact Marcene Lay about Advertising. Tanya: Flier

* Kitchen: Purchasing: Kevin S. and Todd

Old Business:

*Tacoma Dome. Taylor Swift on 9/7.

* Dec 16^th. Next Concert

Upcoming Fund raisers:

*Football games. 4 home games. Volunteers: 9/9 – Jennifer/Kevin H/Crystal. 9/30 – Tanya/Brenda/Hamlets. 10/14 (Homecoming) Mindy/Melanie/Keith. 10/24 – Mindy/Trina/Suzanne/ Crystal. Sweatshirts and t shirts are here.

* Sign-up sheet passed for Pasta Feed volunteers.

New Business:

*Elections held. Kevin H elected as Vice-President and Trina H as Secretary.

Other discussions:

* Discussion held in regards to discretionary fund. Motion was made and table until Sept. 12 when Aaron can provide us with more information about his needs.

Announcements:

* No concert dates are available at this time.

Next meeting: September 12, 2001 @ OHS.
